Tawnie brings a wealth of consulting experience in corporate communications, working with front-line employees and senior-level executives for top brands including Abbott, Baxter Healthcare, Heinz, Johnson Controls, Kellogg Company, and Wrigley, among others. She specializes in global, multi-year communication programs that help employees fully engage and deliver their best work.

Bill is the creative force driving Cisneros Communications' marketing and advertising capabilities. With a uniquely diverse history as an advertising and marketing agency leader, as well as an in-house creative, Bill combines methodical execution and award-winning creativity to produce copy that not only sounds good, but connects where it counts for clients including Discover Card, CommScope, Harley Davidson, Visa and many others.

A lifetime in the trenches with DDB Chicago, Clarke Advertising and Public Relations, New Control and other agencies has taught him that clarity trumps cleverness every time. Over the years, Bill has honed his skills in many categories, for multiple audiences, across every channel imaginable. His greatest strengths lay in financials, marcomm, real estate, construction, telecommunications and technology.
